Yes, the Honda Navi can carry two people, as long as both riders are properly equipped with helmets and the back passenger wears the safety reflective strap at night.
No. While it's always helpful to have previous experience, the Honda Navi is automatic and easy to ride, making it a great option for riders with basic experience. You don't need to worry about shifting gears or using a clutch. (And I'm a great teacher!)

It's easy! Send us your preferred dates and location on WhatsApp, we'll confirm availability, and we'll bring your Honda Navi directly to your home, hotel, Airbnb, rental, or even to the beach. Wherever you need a scooter rental, we can be there!
We're located on the main road, right when you get into Playa Grande, on the left hand side, across the main road from the restaurant Pots and Bowls. There's a large sign on the wall out front. This is where we store the bikes when they aren't in use so we're only there for pick-ups and deliveries, so make sure to schedule with us via WhatsApp ahead of time.
The refundable security deposit is $200. It's refunded on the spot after the scooter is returned in the agreed condition, subject to any applicable charges for damage or outstanding unpaid rental days.
Unfortunately, sometimes things happen. Let us know as soon as possible. We'll assess the damage and discuss any applicable repair costs. Our goal is always to make the process straightforward and fair. If needed, we can swap out scooters so you can continue your rental. Your $200 deposit will go toward any necessary repairs. If there's money leftover, we'll return what's left to you. If the deposit doesn't cover it, we'll let you know what portion of the payment remains.Â
It's important to understand that once the scooter is in your care, you are responsible for it until it is returned to us. This includes damage that may not be your fault—for example, if someone hits the scooter while it is parked. Any damage that occurs during your rental will be assessed and the cost of repair may be charged to you.

There are no hidden or additional rental fees. BUT you do need to return the scooter with a full tank of gas. A $15 fuel fee applies if it isn't full. Lost helmets are $100, lost keys are $30, and roadside assistance for things outside of our control (such as running out of gas or getting a flat tire) is $25 per service call.
